At ZenviaBeauty, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components
  • Not be marked as a final sale item

  • The item(s) you'd like to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will provide instructions for the return process.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned if opened, used, or damaged after delivery:

  • Beauty tools used on the skin
  • Personal care products
  • Hair care products
  • Cosmetics and skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when applicable.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.
